Waiver Information
I know that running and /or walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter the run or walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. As a participant, I recognize and acknowledge there are certain risks associated with this event, including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of weather including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the condition of the course. I agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which I may sustain as a result of particpating in the race. I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I may have as a result of particpating the the race against the Bartlett Lions Club, Lions International, and it officers, agents, servants, volunteers and employees.
I do hereby fully release and discharge the Bartlett Lions Club and Lions International from any claims from injuries, including death, damage or loss which I may have or which may occur to me on account of my participation in this race.
