Golf Sponsor Letter
Dear 2008 Sponsor,
The Bartlett Lions Club gives top priority to aiding people in need with sight or hearing impairments. In addition, local support is extended into the Bartlett community for Diabetes, Drug Awareness, Camp Lions, our local scholarship fund along with many other endeavors.
In order to accomplish these charitable deeds, the Bartlett Lions are required to use fundraising events to create money for these goals. One of our main fundraisers is our annual Lions Charity Golf Tournament. This year's tournament will be held on June 5, 2008 at the Bartlett Hills Golf Course and will consist of 100-125 golfers.
At this time, The Bartlett Lions are seeking sponsors and additional donations for prizes that will be awarded during the Dinner Banquet that follows this tournament. Equipment, towels, tees, golf balls, or any golf related items would be used for awards given to the participants, all are informed of their origin. Contributors are also welcome to display a banner or set up promotional material on our sponsor tables. Bartlett Lions Charities is a 501(c)3 charitable corporation; all donations are tax deductible.
We would appreciate any and all help that you may be able to give to help our community. If you can, sponsor a hole or tee box or even better yet, come on out and play with your neighbors.
