2017 District 1J Convention

The Lions District 1J 2017 Convention will be held at the Westin Hotel in Itasca, IL March 17, 18, and 19, 2017 (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)

The Bartlett Lions Club has created a committee to campaign for the election of Lion John Hilliard to the position of District Governor (DG).  The committee is being chaired by Lion Roy Engstrom.

NOTE: To participate in any capacity, you will need to register for the convention.
The earlier you register the less expensive the registration will be.
— The club will reimburse the registration expense for those who submit a receipt record.
— The club will also reimburse the cost of the Saturday lunch.
— If you are able to help in any capacity, please let Lion Roy know.

The committee needs:
Volunteers:  12 to 15 will be needed each night
— Friday — 4:00PM (for setup) to 12:00AM (Midnight)
— Saturday — 8:00PM to 12:00AM (Midnight)
With enough volunteers there can be shifts and time to see what other activities there are.

Liquid Donations:
— New unopened bottles of wine and spirits for raffle prizes.
— Canned beer, tonic, soda that can be sold to guests to offset our expenses.
Wine, Spirits and soda donations can be given to Lion Roy

Food Donations:
— Appetizers for Friday April 17th
— Deserts for Saturday April 18th
Plastic glasses (8 oz) and paper plates are also appreciated
These item can be given to Lion Roy
